The map looks accurate if the status quo remained for a certain period of time, however in my home country every few hundred years we had new powers/clans taking over after defeating weak kingdoms. I dont believe anyone knows what form the various nation states would have taken. Africa is way too vast with many ethnic groups that could have been in ascendance at any different point in time. Take the Zulu, everyone would assume they would be larger but by the time of the Mfecane they had some splinter groups. Mzilikazi and Zwangendaba went as far as Zimbabwe and Tanzania respectively and like many conquering groups they absorb different groups along the way and would have been formidable groups on their own right. The Shangaan had parts of Zimbabwe , Mozambique and SA and would have been in competition with the Mwenemutapa of Zimbabwe. These groups would grow strong, disintegrate after some civil war and another one would rise and unless they coalesced around some common identity they would have remained in battle. There could be an equal chance that there would be smaller states as shown in that map or even larger ones depending on what the conquering leader decided.

Props but, I think arabs and white from northern europe have a strong link which is neanderthals.
