New Day, Edge and Christian, Dudley Boyz, Hardy Boyz, Steiner Brothers, Road Warriors, Hart Foundation, British Bulldogs, the Outsiders, Jumping Bomb Angels, Harlem Heat, APA, Rock N Roll Express, and the list goes on.

I feel Road Warriors are the only given, they're basically the prototypical tag team and inspired so many later teams. Hardyz could have been replaced with Rock n Roll as the popular, high flying duo, but I feel the Hardyz surpassed them. Also them, Dudleyz and E&C were part of that reemergence of tag team wrestling in the early 2000s. New Age Outlaws, Steiners, Rock n Roll Express, British Bulldogs, Harlem Heat, and Hart Foundation are all honorable mentions and an argument can be made for any of them to be on the list.

I think this is spot on, The Dudley Boys have a larger and more impactfully influence on wrestling than the Hart Foundation.
