It’s not about being able to afford it. It’s about the stupidity of it. I have damn near every store and service within a 2 mile radius of me too (walking distance) but pay about 50% less than what they are paying for that box and I have about 4-5 times the amount of space.

To make enough $$$ to live solo (cause in a space like this you can ONLY live dolo) and pay $2500 for rent alone is already insane because that means you have a certain level of education, training or experience in a career where your gross income is AT LEAST 7500/mo or beyond. But even with all that you're renting a glorified jail cell. This is sick af.
