That's why he's dropping again in february.
Ak actually showed that they manipulated the first week for WHAM, if you looked at his streams most of the songs were under a million plays

This right here.

But fans talking about sales and first week numbers is still the corniest sh*t ever.
Everybody thought GZA was juelzing.
First of all, who's your A&R?
A mountain climber who plays an electric guitar?
But he don't know the meanin' of dope
When he's lookin for a suit-and-tie-rap
That's cleaner than a bar of soap
Them mountain climbers now talkin' 'bout who's on the Mount Rushmore of hip-hop.

:francis::francis::francis:
And we acting like nothing can be done about it.

Lil Baby goes #1 on Billboard last week and people actually came in this thread and said it's over. :heh:
Going #1 means nothing. It just means a lot of people listened to it once.

Carrying that momentum means more. See GNX already being certified platinum

Goalposts moving at its finest. If GNX had a huge first week you intolerable Duckworth fans would never shut up about it :francis:

COVID really hurt Lil Baby with touring because in my opinion My Turn is a classic. It was gonna be hard to really follow that up

always will be.

if you're not the artist, management, label, etc.....who cares. Do you like artist's art? That's what matters.

Some of my favorite albums didn't sell well (no dope on Sundays for example).

Nowadays Kendrick is the only rapper still moving huge numbers several weeks after release. Dude is back having the top rap album again, 2 months later :damn:

So I'm not gonna criticize lil baby sales, thats basically the standard right now.
