Myers gonna have to just eat that Jacob Evans draft signing and get a Center/Wing , Warriors cant afford to miss on draft picks though.

Edit : Actually looks like Wes is going to Pacers. So we might only need a center , i cant think of any other wings who are going to be bought out

Evans is still young. Too early to give up on him.

Who would you prefer? I think we'll get Lopez unless a good wing becomes available.

RoLo is probably my immediate preference (over Gortat)....I was hoping for Wes, but him to Indiana makes so much sense.....I don't know much about Wayne Ellington (?), any thoughts there??

If we cut Evans loose (I'm on the fence there), any way we could steal Danuel House (back) out of Houston's grasps? LOL!!

Here's why I'm on the fence about Evans: He's a year or 2 away from being a role player.....there's always another player like that who could be groomed.....

Kinda like the wing version of Looney? If he can be developed into a serviceable backup, i'd be ok keeping him. Its not like that roster spot is the difference between winning and losing a championship. Somebody is going to be out of the rotation anyway.

That's a good point.....I'm so impressed with how Looney is playing now. He's not perfect, but he is pretty damn good at making the smart play. If Evans could turn out like that, I'd be in for it...

:salute:

I see Evans being an Arron Afflalo/Courtney Lee type of player by next season. I think Myers will tell him what to work on this summer and he'll come back confident. Can't cut the bait now...it's too soon unless it was for something better.
