Your original post said that different groups of people can not coexist. You just said that inter-ethnic tensions can be quelled, i.e different groups of people coexisting which contradicts your original post. I agree with your original post btw, I don't think different groups of people can coexist at all, not interracially or intraracially, but this is just a tenet of human nature. People fear what the unfamiliar, and humans hate fear. But I do agree that it's possible for us to unite against a common enemy (white supremacy/imperialism). What about other races, is it possible for us to co-exist with them?
EDIT: I agree with you that the white man's hatred can never be quelled, same for all other races really, whites are just really extra with it. The reason why is because they are in a position of power, if you gave latinos the factors that gave whites an advantage in the race for world domination things would be no different. Human beings are capable of terrible things, I think man is just naturally evil in general.
