What's the ideal outcome with this team by keeping Vuc and Zach and letting them play out their contracts?

I’m fine with Vuc being traded. I’m a Lavine fan. Every time I accept he’s going to be traded it never happens so then I’m left with hope we can pull this together. We always get reports they’re willing to fix the issues just for the reports to be different weeks later.

I don’t understand the emotional rollercoaster the bulls like putting me through lol

I've accepted that Zach will be moved. However, I'm dreading an era where Giddey is our best player.

I've watched enough games to see that whatever direction this team takes, priority needs to be solidifying the paint. I want rim protection and more rebounding. Tired of watching this team get destroyed at the rim.

Also, with Pat being ass on the boards, Bulls really need to add size that can rebound.

yeah but it will result in high draft picks. we need a run on high draft picks for a few years and we need to hit on top 5 picks. that’s how we get back to any sort of relevance because those quality of players are not on this roster today

I already know it's a necessary evil. I guess what I'm saying is, I'd rather keep a guy like Coby instead of trying to build with/around Giddey's skill set. Coby will be much easier to pair with whoever ends up being "The Guy" IMO.

After this season, Coby and Ayo are on expiring contracts and they can't retain them if Zach and Vuc are on the books along with whatever Giddey gets.

I don't hate Giddey, but that trade was unnecessary with the current roster. To me, it would have made more sense to trade Caruso for picks, see what you have in Dalen and how Zo looks... They already knew that Coby and Ayo are starting caliber guards.

Now you bring in a guy that takes minutes from all those guys and who you will have to pay in the summer.

This is the type of game the Bulls need from Pat every game. He must get to the FT line 4 times a game. He has to be creating turnovers like this.

Up til this point, the only thing that he consistently does is shoot 3s. And even with that, he doesn't take enough to warrant not doing shyt else while he's out there. Tonight he's got multiple blocks, steals, contested rebounds etc.
