it’s super early but the Giddey trade seems like it was a nice steal on a young player that just didn’t fit their situation. He makes so much ore sense for this team than Caruso at the moment and the playmaking was much needed

Paolo pretty much hunted for shots whenever he had anyone else on him. It was odd that Billy wasn't matching their minutes together because I'm pretty sure the bulk of Banchero's buckets were scored on other smaller guys all game.

Bulls next 2 games are the Nets and Jazz.

I like the way they are playing. I do with we could see a consistent 15 mins for Matas but I guess he needs to "earn" itBulls next 2 games are the Nets and Jazz.

Matas is playing more than other rookies have played under Donovan, so that's something.Can't have two 6'10 guys out here getting tick just because
With that said, he needs to bulk up a bit to be out there and be able to shoot from range. Not exactly any ideal matchups out there for Matas to play over Pat at the 4 during these 1st 5 games with the assignment being Ingram, Giannis, JJJ, Jalen Williams and Paolo.
If he adds more muscle then you can maybe get some minutes at him as a small ball 5 eventually.
Won't be beating the injury prone allegations any time soon
Team is deep at guard and this opens up time for Matas imo with Jalen and Zach out on the wing
