Listened to a few minutes of the clip but not invested enough for the whole thing.
IMO, she basically is Biden status w/ good days that potentially mask that she isn't the same person. I can't speak to whether there is shady stuff going on as well, but I can see how family wouldn't want her to be doing interviews w/ The Breakfast Club reps as a result.

Right I wonder where the hell that incapacitated story came from. You can tell by how she is speaking her mind is not all the way sharp. She kept saying let me tell you something and excuse me. It's sad but clearly she needs someone's help and support and her family seem to only be about money.
Well her niece is the one who was doing the interview with her and her family are the leeches here. Her court appointed guardian is the one who wants to keep that stuff away.

They were spending off her money like wild fire and the niece has to be a leach because it's clear Wendy's mind isn't well. Why would she be lying and saying Wendy is fine?
Now don't get me wrong, the guardian or conservator should let her see her father and create a space for family to still communicate with her. She should have the things that she wants with her money as well. So I think it's a case where both sides are in the wrong.

Her son and her (ex)husband were spending money. The niece wasn't in that, to my knowledge. Wendy def isn't "fine", but she sounded much better than when the series aired. The thing that stood out to me was she was diagnosed with alcohol induced dementia and aphasia. Maybe if she's not drunk or drinking every day, she'll sound more cogent
The caretakers were assigned by Wells Fargo and they are going to take her money. Her niece is trying to help

Trying to help with what, if she gets away from those care takers then she will be back with the family and they are going to continue to leach off her.
She needs some of the family members away from her tbh, and to have someone else as her care taker. Not someoen controlling they are with her conservatorship but someone who will have her best interest.
