I bricked my Wii during a softmod, i also left it powered 24/7 so I sent them my old Wii got it fixed with no issue. Nintendo is more than helpful, I called them this just now, gave them the info, told them ZombiU is in the bytch, they said not only will they get it out and ship it back with my repaired/replaced Deluxe but they will also throw in a free game full game download like NSMB or something...I want COD but thats disc only.
Ive never been hassled by Nintendo, but as a consumer I dont get much hassle when I do experience tech issues because im not an a$$hole. Im nice to the people and they are nice back, like I stated above, the guy offered to give me a free game download when my wii comes back. I was like
its aight, shyt happens im pretty sure i'll get zombiu back unscathed but if not, rather than send a box and game i'll just use the download to get the game i already paid for. He was like we'll we dont usually do this but, ive had a console go down and I know how bad it is especially when your in the middle of a game.Dried rice im assuming? I can do that but the deluxe is black white rice particles all over this black wii...it doesnt have a finish or matte polish, so anything fingerprint, dust particle that falls on this bytch will show, im sending it back to nintendo id hate for that to void the warranty.
But dried right? In reality I'm probably gonna try it because I dont want to send it in then wait.

all my launch consoles still work well, 99% of these things never brick, just the unlucky 1% feel the pain

Only reason they was doin it for free is cause it started happening too much to too many of em..at first the retail stores was giving replacements but they were getting so overwhelmed by customers bringing them back they stopped taking them..shyt was a MAJOR quality control issue...that shyt had better been free..mines never had any issues tho..and then I copped the slim when it dropped and sold the fat 360..the slim is what they should have came wit from jump...no complaints at all..They fixed all of ours for free

If you ask around, plenty of ppl needed replacement ps3's. Sony isn't immune from system failures bruh, wise up...

The system has a bunch of problems upon launch. Patching required and some of the load times have been ridiculous.
Its so strange to see Nintendo release something with so many issues at launch. Freezing, long load times, bricks, stupid memory card security measures, not next gen, a launch lineup full of titles many gamers have already played...say it aint so Nintendo
