We'll probably never see a running back win the NFL MVP ever again to be honest

Houston runs the zone blocking scheme that Shananhan ran in Denver and uses now in Washington. That's why somebody named Alfred Morris is 2nd in the league in rushing.

:stopitslime:

nikka don't speak on shyt you dont' comprehend. we've already gone through this shyt in the johnson thread. not to say he doesn't benefit by the system, but arian isn't a system back. end of story.

realistically, how many years does he have left playing at this level though? hes been in the league for 6 years already and hes already torn his acl. his time might be running out.

I think people don't realize how much of a thinking man's position the RB position really is.

AD is one of the most intelligent runners I've ever seen. Like Marcus Allen, he's the type that will beast even when he slows down like he's looking like this year.

1. this shyt dont make any sense. 2. your transparent gimmick of discrediting backs that are the closest threat to AD.. to the point where they are mike haddix status is becoming a parody of itself...

I dont doubt that he will continue to be a very productive rb for several more years, but i just dont think he'll be able to put up an MVP type season. I hope I'm wrong though. He's definitely been one of the most entertaining backs to watch run that i've seen in my life.

Peterson would have to have an EXCELLENT year plus his team win 12-14 games.(Like LT in 06')

CJ ran for 2,000 yards and didnt win

Arian Foster is a very good RB. But he is not on AD's level.

Nobody is really.

If the Vikes could somehow make the playoffs AD should win MVP.

I can't say Foster deserves MVP consideration when AD and Lynch have been clearly better than him this year

Since when does the mvp go to the best player

If the texans finish with the best record and Foster get 20+ tds he will win the mvp
