I don't see either of those having anything to do with this; when they dropped him, they agreed that if they sold the remaining stock of shoes, he would still get his fee. All they did was honor the original contract. If they didn't sell them, they'd lose money. If they didn't pay him, he could sue them. This isn't some kind of point proven or vindication, just business.
You're assuming that they aren't creating nor didn't create more pairs after they originally said they would stop selling and producing them. Even retailers like Finishline and Footlocker come off looking like hypocrites as they said they would never well Yeezy’s again to only backtrack cause they need the money especially Footlocker.

if you read her facial language in the first photo, anxiety levels look high.

Kanye got this female pushing the pounds of psychological normalcy.

I'm not assuming anything, I don't know what they're doing or not doing about those shoes, because I don't wear them or care about them. I just looked up articles to get the sales figures.

I thought I read that they were going to make a similar shoe with a different name, but I could be mistaken.

However, I do know that if they continued production of them and sold the new pairs under his brand name after terminating the contract with him, they would be opening themselves up to an extreme, and unnecessary, level of legal liability, so that would actually be a very safe assumption to make. If I was making that assumption. Which I'm not.
