When I say value, I mean things like companionship, peace of mind, emotional well being, helping with cooking/cleaning, financial wealth building, etc.

the majority of people aren't getting paid like that so this makes no sense to me, as a woman and top earner and someone who is mentally and emotionally NORMAL, to try to use someone for financial gain. it's just awkward for me to accept "sponsorship" or whatever from someone i make twice as much money as them or more. gifts are cool though

I don't disagree with you, it's not that I am a fan but even the manosphere is an offshoot of the masculinist movement and those conversations have been going on (online) for the better part of 20 years.

because i make more than most people (man or woman) so that has been my experience.
and i don't date people based on income so no the people above me are not my first thought.
