Not familiar with homie, but I wanna see how this plays out.
The thing with gimmicks/performances like these, is that not only do they need dope writing to fuel them, but they can't be fettered by corny attempts at interference and editing. They have to feel "authentic."

Also, plot twist, the performer(s) need to ideally also know how to not come off as caricatures of "urban youth culture" (I agree that I don't want Vince or creative anywhere near this, but that also doesn't let the stable off the hook in the long run either.).

not gonna lie i def thought he was like 35 too only because I remember Shane Strickland years ago and he always popped up in the 2k games in the creation suite. seeing he's 30 makes me view him in NXT differently. i was thinking they had him out there much older in the rookie role.

i like what i see here tho. we all know it wont last but lets enjoy it while its around lol
