Down to 89kg (196lbs) and 4kg away from my target.

Haven't been sub-90kg in about 18 months. My diet is pretty consistent now too. Can't believe how much garbage I was eating.

In an awkward space where my size 36 pants feel too loose but my size 34 pants still feel a bit too tight :unimpressed: . Ideally I would get them tailored but it feels like it will be a waste if I continue losing weight.

My glasses also feel too lose. They're constantly sliding down my face and might need to look into getting new frames. These are problems I don't mind having though.
fukk tailored pants, get that belly in check bro.

Come Spring, nobody's gonna recognize you.

It's funny how much crap you realize you eat when you pay attention to it. My problem is alcohol.

Good for you for acknowledging your issues. Did you get help for your depression? I clocked that before I finished your post.

Unfortunately I haven't, at least not in a deliberate way. There have definitely been lifestyle changes which I believe have helped me and my alcohol consumption is way down. Might find myself drinking once a week now (and almost always socially) if I drink at all. I still think I overdo it when I do drink though but compared to where I was when I first posted, it's a massive improvement (I was blacking out from alcohol 3 or 4 times a week, drinking alone in my apartment :francis:)

However if I'm being honest my mental health is topic I'm still not directly confronting because for the most part, I feel "good" but I know that could change at anytime.

In terms of my weight, I'm down to 87kg now (2kg away from the original goal) and honestly I just want to hit it now just to say I did but I'm content with how my body feels and looks at this weight. I'm back to my size 34 pants and my facial features are on point again. I can actually see my ears when I look at myself directly in the mirror (my ears are pretty tucked in anyway but it's crazy to think I was so :flabbynsick: that I couldn't see them at one point). Even my beard is starting to look a bit fuller given the loss of that weight in my face.

I feel like a a feather when I start my runs and my 1KM split time has improved by over 40 seconds over the last 6 months.

Being a fat b*stard for the last two years was not fun and I just hope that I never go back there :sadcam:.
