Simple question breh. If you were Curtis Axel would you prefer to be where he is now or where he was before HHH?

Now. That doesn't mean that being in an angle with Hunter was great for him (now if he would've beat Hunter, or at least put him on the shelf after the effects kicked in, then we might be talking about the angle really helping him), just that his overall positioning is better.

Why the fukk y'all want everyone to pin Cena? :snoop: You're just giving people hollow victories because the booking and creative isn't good enough to take advantage of a win like that.

So, just because WWE booking is usually shyt means that we can't attempt to have ideas that would help get guys over? It's not always shyt, you know. You'd like these types of things to happen on the off chance that something might be done with it.

If what you write is true, then there was no reason for Bryan to tap Orton clean, and thus no reason to want a build to a Cena/Bryan match. They'll just fukk it all up, of course. We're trying not to be complete cynics here.

The screwed up the intro, mainly because of bad acting on Curt Jr's part, but since then the writing around his character has been on point. His character is really strong right now. You have to remember this guy was tagging with Dave Otunga not so long ago

But you all ARE complete cynics though. I don't know how many times I've seen a decent booking decision met with a "until he meets hurricane Cena," "they're just going to fukk it up," "this is all to get (insert internet target of the era/Cena here) over." But noooooooooow that we want Cena to get pinned it's :whoa: let's give it a chance and be open minded and positive. :aicmon:

I'm pretty sure your very wrong. :smughickenbottom:

Take the "Dwayne helps the business even when he aint there" nonsense elsewhere. Thanks

:comeon:

I'm not on that.

But this guys career was in the tank, he was a joke....his name was McGillicutty :what:

He helped the Rock over the past year as a sparring partner to get back in ring shape.

You honestly don't think te Rock suggested to Vince to give him a chance????

He's in a better position because he was on NXT and Superstars beforehand, but it's not like Hunter really put him over or anything. Really, you could say that he's in this position more in spite of what he did with Hunter (I thought his match with Cena did more for him than Hunter and the McMahon family treating Axel like a joke for a month. Though he should've just pinned Cena outright in that match) than because of what he did with Hunter.

Don't forget how Stephanie buried he shyt out of him when they were canceling those rematches with she said some slick shyt like "he doesn't deserve to be in the ring with you" or something moronic like that.

Why he's getting pushed? Who knows. He's Perfect's son..he deserves as many chances as Blandy did when he kept failing. He did that pre-WM 29 press interview with a smirk on his face like he knew shyt was gonna change up.

Who cares? They repackaged him and re-pushed him. Dwayne doesn't hold a position of authority in the E, he is an employee when he works with them. HHH is the one making these calls and assisting in these situations.

You nerds don't know what a "burial" really is. Steph, in character is going to be pro HHH. Her making a statement against the man who "hurt" her husband while in character isn't a burial. How is he getting buried when he is CLEARLY being pushed?

Well...this isn't completely wrong...

We can't TRY to not be completely cynical about one thing?

Little man said we don't know what a burial is:laugh:

Why do you keep taking him serious? He's a lemming. An apologist for Cena and his protected ways. He admits as much. Everyone is cynical to him that spits on the Cena train. Of course he never acknowledges the wrongs of Cena's entire act..which is why people are BEGGING for a Henry win or Bryan title change.

That's the thing though everyone in that RAW thread was saying HHH was burying him. If you feel that him being involved in that angle didn't do anything for him cool that's your opinion. This thread is about Curtis being in a better position post "burial" which we both agree he is in, so maybe he wasn't buried after all. :ppvbro:

Do you guys really hate HHH that much that you can't admit Curtis Axel is in a better position post "burial" than he was before? :usure:
That's all :ppvbro: though, you can't give Cock Hunter that kind of credit.

I mean think about it, one of these guys had to wait 9 years to get his win back over Brock. The other got it in like 9 months :russ:

Cena gave Axel those invaluable count out victories. HHH had to mock Dolph Ziggler's plight like the bytch he is just to avoid taking that L.

:what: Why are you guys acting like those countout wins means anything to anyone? Cheap heel heat, doesn't establish him as anything significant.

Curtis is in a better position at the moment but I just don't think he has what it takes to be a top guy in the company. People can talk about the potential all they want but if he was that great he would have been made an impact instead of being repackaged after the Nexus shyt. I do acknowledge that the WWE screwed him from the start because they didn't acknowledge that he was Mr. Perfect's son till years down the line. But even still I don't see him being any better than a high midcarder at best.

Word?

"Cheap heel heat" is more than the Miz and Alberto Del Rio ever got and they've got five world championships between them. Five.

FIVE. Three ain't enough, they needed five.

Now Axel probably ain't destined for that kind of (admittedly diminished) greatness but he'll make some kinda mark by the time his career's over at this rate.
