Been a while since I heard a good wood block No doubt your flip is gonna be epic though.
what i got so far, ignore the random trap beat, it kept jumpin to that in itunes, the flip starts round 25 seconds, hear that woodblock

I"m confident no one is gonna flip this sample like this
once I lay the drums down

yea actually shyt was weird. Id be like I found the key with one sound and go to layer it and the next sound would sound off I think it's slightly detuned in between notes valuesAnybody else have trouble finding the key to the sample or getting synths to sound in key with the sample?
Anyway, I'm done too
I added half a bass line and had trouble getting it in key. I thought it was the way I chopped.Anybody else have trouble finding the key to the sample or getting synths to sound in key with the sample?

Yeah me too.I added half a bass line and had trouble getting it in key. I thought it was the way I chopped.
Yeah the track is detuned basically to fall inbetween the normal notes of any scale, so you can't play in tune with it unless you figure out how to tune the sample or the sounds you wanna use. So whoever can figure out the tuning is gonna have a little advantage
I haven't gotten it yet
I'm not sure if it's just the version on YouTube or if the track is just like that.
No that's the track. There are many tracks that end up getting slightly detuned naturally especially old school R&B gives everything a different sound.
