Also My coli hair enthusiast brehs :wrist:, how yall feel about this

those are hair extensions. they take those out of their head when they get home. they dont stitch or glue it into their scalp for months at a time, only to take it out when they're ready for a new one.

That fact that some of you actually had the nerve to type the words "I don't care" in regards to the underlying self-hatred that comes with our women wearing foreign hair textures is disheartening. We gotta do better than that and uplift our people. Tell em we ain't second class or second rate in any category - including the hair follicles that grow from our scalps. Just because our women are still usually beautiful while wearing a hair hat doesn't mean it isn't a problem.

Thankfully I know a large portion of ya'll are either white, latino or confused biracials, so that keeps my hope in tact.

The bolded got me thinking, i might have to reassess my perception of the coli

So women should alter themselves only in ways men find acceptable?

No. Black women should have a healthy enough view of their natural beauty to realize they don't need another race's hair sewn into their scalp to be beautiful. Many of them don't and that's the problem. Thankfully, many of them are waking up though.

Including a lame feminist twist to the narrative isn't in any way helpful you pansy. This is about self love - not about attracting men. Then again, what do I know? I'm getting Asian hair extensions next week so I can rock the Goku fade for the summer. Thinking about dying it blonde so I can look more exotic in a super saiyan kinda way.

In the Silver Lining
hilarious thread, with some good points OP.... but the fact that even "natural" hair wearing women are doing extensions kinda hurt my soul a little bit.. :wow:
