Put some gel in and brush them if u dont want to twist your hair so it is fresh. I had locs for many years, they dont have to be fuzzy in those first few. I had twisted ones and I had freeforms before.

rather not, thats part of the reason why i decided to cut them when they were long. Used all types of crap in the beginning and that sh1t did nothing but attract lint to my hair
