Yup. They hated Hispanics double because they weren't White AND they were Catholics too. I didn't realize how much the 20th-century Klan was on an anti-Catholic agenda until I read about the KKK rally that Donald Trump's dad got arrested at in the 1920s, it was actually an anti-Catholic, anti-immigrant rally that targeted Italian immigration:Didn't the Klan kill Hispanics too?

The first wave (1860s) and second wave (1870s-1890s) of the Klan were exclusively formed to block Black power and self-determination and their hatred of other minorities was basically just those guys catching strays. But the third wave (1920s and beyond) was much much broader and really focused on anti-Jewish, anti-Catholic, anti-immigrant, and anti-Black sentiment all at the same time. That's the root of the KKK hatred that persists to this day.
