I'm from Baton Rouge and this has nothing to do with safer schools and neighborhoods. That area Cac central and always had those things. This about Having an official name for their all cac area, and to have all of their money stay within their area to help build it up. Which will hurt Br in the long run and they know it. They are trying to create the new all white version of BR and they wish a nikka would try to "cross them tracks"

Baton Rouge was getting bad when I left, back in 1999. I lived off Gardere, so if you’re from BR, you know what I’m talking about. One of my brothers still lives there and sends his kids to private school. I have a lot of family there, 2 of my young cousins have done time already. One for murder (not sure how he’s out already) and another for some other bullshyt.
