Quite the provocative claim....Im sure you arrived at such through careful examination of her past judicial rulings and behavior, and not out of naked misogyny. As such, can you provide evidence of a history of her "irrational" rulings, where controlling for race and income she has consistently made these kinds of judgments which would suggest there there is a biological intervention of some sort that is forcing her hand? On the contrary, her ruling seems quite "rational" given the different standard of justice and treatment afforded to the wealthy in this country.
