What I said was
"I bet her family did some shady things on the way to those riches and diamond rings."

Then I said
"My comment was more based on Chris Rock's standup bit where he says "behind every great fortune is a great crime"

The only difference is that I apply the sentiment to all wealth, not just white wealth."

This family in OP's thread probably did some shady things to get their wealth. Much in the same way that Chris Rock says that a lot of the wealth of white people in America has a great crime behind it.
