Worst three in my book would be Jeff Jarrett and the Harris Brothers since everything they touch turns to shyt. Of the list presented, probably Horace Hogan, Vincent, and Brian Adams (more of him not really being a fit when he joined than actually being Brian Adams).

Listen, in every crime family, you need members of all creeds. Can't just have all bosses, you need low level weed carriers doing your dirty work. Might be weak in the eyes of fans, but Scott and I weren't going to fukking WCW Pro to wrestle Disorderly Conduct, High Voltage, or whatever jobbers they highlighted. Since Vincent would do anything for $10 and have us talk about him for 5 minutes, we sent him to these shows to fight. Those weak nWo members served a greater purpose.
