To be honest I haven't watched enough of their shyt to form much of an opinion. But are they actually making people mad?

If so ... props, I guess.
I'll just comment on the few impressions of them that I've had.
If you're into high spots I guess they're really good. But it seems like the other way they appeal to fans is ... making people feel like they're in on the secret that wrestling is fake? Their fans like them because they don't even pretend it's real and instead actually make fun of the fans who suspend disbelief? Making their fans feel like they have cool athletic friends who are actually in the business for the fukkery?

Come on now.
No doubt these dudes are athletic, but they're not remotely tough-looking.
I don't know ... I don't really see the point of watching a pro wrestling match if you're not gonna pretend it's a fight while it's actually happening.
As I said though, I'm really not that familiar with them and therefore I could be missing a big part of what they're about. People can like wrestlers for whatever reason they want to, but I'm pretty sure there are a few dozen tag teams in history that I'd rather watch.
And that sequence that Daniel Cormier complained about? Embarrassing, man. Awful. If that was a one-off, fine, but if they're doing that shyt on the regular, it doesn't even fall under the category of pro wrestling.
One of the best teams of all time? I doubt it. But it seems like they're doing pretty well for themselves, so that's the wrestling business today, I guess.
