The Rockets are trending towards having a higher pick than the Bulls.

Keeping a top 10 pick with better odds to move up was ok to me, but them crashing out like this and losing a top 10 pick in the process is sooooo Bulls.

The bulls have made the play in 3 years straight and never advanced past one win

This year if they do the prize is face either Cleveland or Boston and get smoked

What sucks the most about this year is now you have teams like Portland, Dallas and PHX who the Bulls could finish better than which pushes them further down the lottery. We could very well have a situation where they lose in the Play-In again and have the 13th or 14th pick

At that point, the players available at that point in the draft will be close talent wise. If they finished 9 or 10 then they'd have much better chances at moving up. Now they have very slim odds of that happening
