Unlike Patrick Williams , the other two players are showing and improving, take away Patrick and actually put consistent talent at the three and it’s a improvement, this not rocket science golden, Pat is only good for hitting a three every now and then
I don't think you understand my point. If they're putting that much money into the back court, they really need Pat to improve. I'm not worried about Matas, but I can admit that they will need to add more talent and a starting caliber 3 to really get things jump started... that's why I mentioned Murphy
If Pat JUST returns to December 2023 form, he will be back in the starting lineup. Just before his foot injury (there is a pattern like Lauri), he was coming alive and averaging a good number of rebounds. AKME signed this dude for 5 years. I don't think they are going to try to offload or bench him for the long haul.

first off, I agree that he seems full of shyt generally. On the topic of ensuring we kept our '25 1st rounder, it was widely reported by the beat writers coming into the season that they were focused on making sure we kept that pick. We all (rightfully) assumed that meant a strong tank plan would be enacted and we would draft 1-10, this dude AK flipped that narrative into landing a trade that gave us control of the pick back, but I dont believe for a second that even he expected us to go on a run and fall outside the top 10.
