Danny has heart and is a damn good fighter but 147 is to much for him and he just doesn't have enough to compete with the best of the best at that weight. Spence looked good for his first fight back especially coming off the accident and will look even sharper with more fights. Like many though until him and Crawford match up then i'm not all that interested in watching either of them fight at the moment.

A lot of people on here said Spence was gonna smash porter too. I knew when the fight was made Spence was gonna struggle with him. Cause Spence's defense is suspect and he's not very fast on his feet. He's also very stiff in his movements so he couldn't escape a lot of Shawn's awkward punching angles. These are exactly the reasons why I know canelo would hurt Spence badly. And the same reasons why I pick bud to beat him.

Even Danny was able to beat Errol to the punch at times and looked sharper when they stood in the pocket and traded. At the end of the fight when they both stood their ground and traded bombs Errol got lit up because his punches are so wide and loopy. He ended the fight retreating and even nodded to Danny to acknowledge he got the better of him in those final moments. Errol did a lot of his damage when Danny was a sitting duck. When they both exchanged Spence was getting caught with some heat. That's why he started avoiding exchanges in the last 4 rounds. He started pot shotting and moving more cause he didn't wanna get caught with a bomb.

If dude had trouble with Danny's inside fighting just imagine what canelo would do to him. I'm telling you. If this fight happens Spence is gonna get knocked out brutally. It'll be some Leo Santa cruz-Tank Davis type shyt. I don't even wanna see it. I like Spence and he's already got enough great fights at 147 & 154. He doesn't need to chase a fight like that. He might have some success in the first few rounds but after canelo starts timing his robotic movements it's gonna get scary for him. Let him handle 147 and then campaign at 154. Jermell vs Spence is the real mega fight for him in the future. If he cleans out 147 he's a first ballot hall of famer. He doesn't need 160.

while I may disagree slightly about their levels, I will say that is is difficult to gauge talent of a group of guys when they are all fighting each other exclusively. the only thing you can get out of it is the rankings/who is best out of SAID group. we can rank the PBC guys that fought each other and say that its Spence>Manny>Thurman>Porter>Garcia>>>Broner

But Brook beat cleaner than anyone whos beat Porter. Including Spence.
