There’s not enough shooters in that lineup. In a perfect world we find a 2G who is a good to great to elite level 3pt shooter.
Unless Zion becomes that 3 pt threat

If Zion moves to the 5, another question is does Favors have a role here long term. They had Zion at the 5 a bit yesterday and that certainly was not by accident.

I’m still actually surprised with how well he shot it already but you are right. Who do you think would be a good trade option for to get and help with that.
I kinda feel like this team has now became a good “destination” type place for future talent

And he’s the reason we went on that win streak.I don’t know if we need to trade for anyone. Not now at least. We’re not in a rush. Next season is probably when we can be players in the trade deadline. If we go with the idea of playing Zion at 5, then we can aim for a PF who shoots the 3 ball. Won’t necessarily have to be a SG. This of course is all dependent on how the FO views Hayes potential going forward. If they think he’s too good to not start, then Zion plays the 4 obviously. If they think he’s a bench guy and Zion works better at the 5, then SG and PF are the key target positions.
With that said, I wanna see Lonzo take a leap this second half of the season with Zion playing now.

He's just a transitional center right now, hell this is a transitional season
Once Red eyes gets pushed to the front office, Jrue gets traded (hopefully to a contender), and we get rid of Okafer we can truly start the new Pelicans regime
