When we drafted AD, as hyped as we were, he didn't have the commercial appeal or hype as Zion. Zion is the most hyped prospect since LeBron. If he's the real deal, ALL EYES will be on us now. This is a game changer.
The team can not fukk this up. They can not. They were already making proactive moves BEFORE Zion (hiring a respected GM, opening the wallet for the best trainer in the NBA), now we HAVE to. Just like it should have been with AD, it's gonna be championship or bust now for us in a few years. We get some honeymoon years for the next 2-3 years, but we can't be on no bullshyt in like 2023. It's time, Pelicans.
