Negativity (Kayfabe)
If this season is an "audition" of sorts to see who fits with Zion long term... a LOT of this roster is failing that audition miserably :smh:

Ingram gonna get maxed no doubt... but if he don't learn soon that Zion is the better player and franchise superstar and not him... he's gonna end up traded in the coming year or 2 for someone who does. I'm honestly not really worried about the playoffs as long as Zion stays healthy because we have literally 15 straight games against below .500/tanking teams to close the season. More worried that the people who don't belong anywhere near this roster long term (JRUE and Red Eyes the main culprits...) are gonna be kept until its too late by Griff and Langdon because they don't have the guts to do what needs to be done.

Benson needs to open up the checkbook and get Jerry Stackhouse up in here STAT specifically. Especially if this team is trying to commit long term to Ingram; gonna need his old mentor to knock some sense of perspective into him. :francis:

Look, I get this is the post game shyt, but, our biggest issue is an actually offense.

We basically motion to get open 3's and we're great at it.

A poster brought up our bad spacing...we have great shooters, but, bad spacing that was before we put Zion in the post. Even before Favors.

The Jrue thing I've made peace with, but, we aren't in a place to be turning people away.

Trade Jrue for who?

Now, I'm for getting Gentry out of the Head seat. He's a good coach, not great.

I give him credit for this year full of injuries and unexpected shyt.

Our team is not a dumpster fire. We could EASILY be Sac or Cleveland, but, for some reason we're not.

Take the good with a bad. The Lakers are a bad matchup that we are always competing with.

That Memphis Win :sadcam:

Between the shytty contracts, the lack of support from ownership and just all the bad luck that we had last decade it still amazes me how we bounce back:myman:

Which is why we NEED TO TAKE IT SLOW AND THINK AHEAD! Jrue is an all star caliber player and I wouldn't moving him unless we get something good in return.

Also I'm tired of the disrespect Jrue and Gentry get, yeah they ain't part of our future but they held it down unlike some of these hoe ass nikkas:demonic:

Gentry should move to a front office position and Jrue should be on a contender, he deserves to win a ring dammit:damn:

I think the forgone conclusion is that Gentry is gonna move to front office and retire from coaching. Jrue is such a difficult situation. He needs to be paired with a great shooter at guard or another scoring threat so can he can play his game. Which is to slash and play in the paint. Jrue game is all about contact and physicality. Zo ain't there yet. So, what you do... phase Jrue out and get a franchise shooter to pair with Zo.

Tough decisions come offseason.

Game had me glued last night especially being up at the end of 4th. Seemed like everything was clicking until Bron came back on the court.

Zo really shines the way he can fly from one end of the court through a few defenders for a layup, almost every time. Also when he launches those touchdown passes for spot on to who ever is at the other end of the court.

Zion was his usual game last night putting up big numbers. Ingram was struggling 1st half getting anything to land from outside the arc. For some reason and correct me if I wrong, not as many turnovers as usual last night.
