Looking back at it everyone was weary about Kanye.
A lot of people were like who does this cornball pink polo wearing arrogant Oreo ass nikka think he is

Everyone thought he was a lame back then and didn't think he belonged in hip hop.

We should have never accepted his bytch ass

Watch as all the kanye dikkriders sit in purgatory in deciding whether Kanye was "always trash" or potentially support an Alt-right artist :laff:

The benefit of this shyt is people's true opinions of Kanye will come out. Such as MBDTF-TLOP being insanely overrated, Kanye's overstated "genius", the fact kanye needs a team of writers to accomplish anything....etc etc etc. Hopefully Pitchfork retroactively pulls that 10 from MBDTF so yall can snap out of the brainwashing

Speak for yourself. Kanye is a dope creator. Regardless of his mental state or political views, I'm always gonna check for his shyt. I think for myself and nothing Ye ever said have I ever taken to heart or seriously.

Man, I put my friends onto Kanye, back when people called him Kane West, me included. I heard his first verse on Blueprint 2, I was 16. And I was the first one with his debut album burned cd. I liked him, but he was never close to a favorite. I remember all the old Kanye tracks and demos, I had all of them. I followed his career, throughout my life I listened to his music, but there was always something off for me. Maybe the superficiality shone through, or I just never connected to enough of his material to really feel him like that. He always came off so shallow, and arrogant, egotistical, and unlikeable. When I realized he had been held down by a team his whole career, I was further checked out. His fashion rants in 2013 pushed me further out of the door, the 2016 Trump visit had me outside, and

Now, I can finally close the door. No new Kanye going forward, and I've taken any of his solos off my playlists. I'll see how I feel about his classic 2002-2007 material in a year or so. I may just leave it all behind.
