Durant was hiding on Chalmers and Battier while Ibaka, Craig Davidlosha, and Perkins took turns guarding LeBron.

And two, OKC had 38 FTA compared to 19 from Miami. Durant alone went to the line more than Wade and Bron combined. How much more help do ya'll need

:stopitslime:....you clearly didn't watch the game. Durant and Bron guarded each other for at least 80% of the second half. One was held to 10 points and one went off. And KD had comparable rebound numbers tonight, as well as on the season, so the "he's a good scorer only" jargon is played. The only difference between the two is Bron dominates the bball while KD doesn't. The "and 1" dunk KD put up was aided by Bron's matador defense...too bad the refs swallowed their whistle. Don't worry, Bron's pass to Bosh on a busted rotation because Russ ended up on him just proves he's light years ahead of everybody....FOH!

Loose, KD was guarding Chalmers. Lebron was bullying Ibaka and Perkins. You lost cuz the Heat play as a unity. Same reason you lost last year, except Battier took the day off.

As for KD, I love him as a scorer but he's not a ball player per se. He can onlyu score and does it well :ahh:

Its weird how perception shapes reality. Just because Bron has the ball in his hand more, people equate that with doing more. KD is just a scorer but had just one less board than Bron tonight???....:childplease:

For the season KD avg the same amount of boards and just 2 less assists than Bron who dominates the ball more. Yet one is seen as a scorer only even though he's comparable in every other stat that suggests he's just as valuable in other aspects of the game?? I'd hate to see what a "basketball player per se" is in your book....:what:

Lebron is arguably the best player in the league but if I was on the opposite end I'd be more afraid of Durant then Lebron.

Lebron is a much better passer and defender than KD that's what stands out. These guys ain't even my top 5 favs but I'd rather face Kobe, Melo and Lebron than Durant.

Probably the best shooter and scorer in the league will be one of the greats. And we forget he's only 24, imagine him at Lebron's age

To be fair it is a toss up between Melo, Bron, and Durant. All three players are playing at the same level. The player who gets the most wins and successfully close out games will win the MVP.

Only one real contender in the NBA. That's the Heat. And I don't even like the Heat.

Every other team is a joke in comparison. The NBA needs to step its competition game up something serious. :bryan:

But Bron by far is the MVP right now, no questions asked.

NBA wouldn't have to do a thing if MVPs weren't teaming up with competition :beli:

If Westbrick didn't shoot 5/19? :troll:
people like to pick and choose stats

On the defensive side of the ball, Lebron is ahead of KD as KD is often caught flat footed. In terms of offense I swear people dont watch the game. Lebron quarterbacks his offense because they dont have a PG. KD plays off the ball because ..he has a PG.

Anyone who thinks KD is just one diimensional obviously doesn't watch the game or no what the hell they are talking about. He's still developing as a playmaker but he's imporoving every year in that aspect. And he's a better rebounder than he once was too. And i expected that considering he averaged about 11 a game at Texas. I fully expect him to average 30 10 and 5 at one point in his career.

he got double teamed a lot, that usually lower your FG%
