I honestly think that they are just tanking and waiting to offload Ryan. For some weird reasons, they didn't want Fields.

I still think Fields is still a way better QB prospect than anyone this upcoming season.

Matt Ryan such a sunk cost QB. Got to pay him and have an elite supporting cast with excellent coaches to get the most out of him to be elite.
