AJ Styles coming out in interviews saying he wants to wrestle Blandy down the line...poor b*stard. Its gonna come off so boring and contrived like everything else this guy does. He wrestles like he's 60 yrs old mid match. Just a nightmare to watch. I love hitting that fukking skip button on his segments.

I've always got the feeling that there was some sort of unspoken beef between Brock and Batista.

In 2005, when Brock was in negotiations to come back, Batista sent some strays at Brock during the SummerSlam 2005 press conference calling him a quitter and making fun of his attempt at getting in the NFL.

Then, a few years later, when Dave was trying his thing at MMA, they asked Brock about it and how he thought Batista would do and he laughed and said "Yeah...good luck with that." and gave them a look" and then when they asked him how'd he do in a fight against Tista, Brock said "He wouldn't want to fight me."

Then, a few years later during Batista's first interview on the Jericho podcast, he subtly dissed Brock without saying his name by saying that he didn't understand why certain wrestlers didn't want to participate in house shows, and how certain wrestlers got big opportunities when they do so little.

Then, during Austin's podcast when he showed the pic of Brock, Cena, Orton, and Batista in OVW - when Austin mentioned Dave's name, Brock said "Shelton Benjamin should be there. " Then he kind of shrugged off coming up with Dave (along with Cena and Orton) like he was nobody.


05' Batista/ 02'-03' Brock would've been a blockbuster in their prime. Once again, the stars just didn't align.
