We never got this match either:

After November of 99 the stars just never really aligned after that. The year 2000 was the best shot even though Austin was out for most of the year. Then, in 2001 The Rock left to do The Scorpion King and then HHH got injured which put him out until the following year. Then there was a small window for it to happen again in 2002, but the nWo storyline was happening, and once again, The Rock left to do movies and Austin walked out. And in 2003, Austin retired, and for the last time, The Rock left for Hollywood.

We never got it because no one wanted to pay to see it. Blandy is no draw...WM 21 was the last time Batista affected the bottom line..and Cena's worth is wrapped up in merchandise sales after he stopped mattering rating wise post 2007.
