Probably because the quads and hammies are doing a lot of the work if not all. A lot of peoples glutes are turned "off" because they sit so much, so when people squat their other muscles do the work (hence people developing back issues as well)

Glute activation is key but a lot of people, especially a lot of the ig trainers don't know that because they don't really do the knowledge that a actual trainer goes through.
Yup. Women who try to get a big ass don't only do squats. They do glute crab walks with resistance bands, glute kickbacks, hip thrusts, etc.

They also are not as lean as men (women naturally have more body fat than men), so some fat goes to their ass.

Also the chicks who have a gym booty, coz they've done this hands of sqaut reps, their their thighs (quads, It band and hamstrings) are very muscular.

They all have this manly macho walk to them.

I'm my 8 years of going to the gym on and off, I've noticed that a lot women who are not genetically gifted and a whole lot of average looking women think or equate having a great fitness body, with being a hot chick.

This is not true and borderline delusional.
They train hard like the woeghts and treadmill are gonna melt away their averageness.

Gym cannot change how your face looks, gym cannot change the skeleton structure of your body.

When naturally genetically gifted people hit the gym, they pretty much leave earth.

I do find the gym fit body to be attractive in a weird way, but it's more fetish than natural base attraction.

Nothing is beating a natural slim thick or natural thick 22 year old with a pretty face.
She can then go to the gym and improve her posture or work on her abs/core and around get a little more toned.

But she CANNOT become HOT in the gym.

The samething applies to these CrossFit gym chicks. These physiques bring out people’s hidden animalistic side, sexually. They fulfill a fetish, and being a fetish to someone of the opposite sex can get you “enough” attention and sexual suitors, even if your physique is generally seen as “too muscular” in the court of public opinion. I assure you the average CrossFit built chick or the average roided out gym rat dude isn’t struggling with the opposite sex. In fact, their fetish category probably gets them more sexual suitors than the average Joe.

A good looking tall guy with a balanced muscular physique is NOT a fetush, he is the standard of masculinity and desire from women.

A pretty woman (pretty face, proportionate body) doesn't need much gym outside of cardio and eating healthy.

The woman in the gym who are indeed, as you point out, fetishes, think that they are the standard of feminine beauty, and they further think that status was achieved by lifting weights.

In South Africa for example, you have these young Xhsoa and Tswana girls with crazy crazy proportions, small waist, big juicy ass, perky t*ts, bj lips, dreamy eyes, symtetrical face etc, all natural. Not based on training.
A gym girl can become prettier and sexier, but she cannot become a 8-10 due to gym. That is my ultimate point

Sprints. That's something that women forget. Major cake builder.

Pelvic floor exercises are critical for the snapback.

Yoga. Builds posture.. underestimated effect on that poke out.

Trash post. It’s not squats, but working out properly will give women a bigger butt, they just have to be willing to gain additional weight. Lifting weights will normalise their hormones, and gaining muscle will come with additional fat gains. The normalised hormones will direct weight to hips and thighs rather than stomach.

bands and light high rep nonsense like in the OP won’t do shyt. Everyone peddling it already has a nice ass, got a BBL on the low, or uses implants.

shyt is awful. The reason a legit, naturally occurring fat / round ass is so highly sought after is because it's such a rarity. It cannot be replicated, not by a knife and especially by not squatting into a muscular booty.

Idk breh... At one point in the gym, I mostly did leg days and inclined running/stairs followed by a strict keto diet. My ass definitely had some "poke" to it unintentionally :dame:

At which point I stopped doing all that shyt cuz I wasn't trying to be the dude with the "poke"
