@alpo You have bad reading comprehension. I don't want a booty, I'm a dude. You can just type normal and instead of emotional caps.

My earlier post is lowekey genius in that it shows how tradtional methods such as only relying on barbell back squats can lead to not being able to grow a booty sufficiently because 2 or 3 other muscles in the butt aren't being stimulated sufficiently.

I mean you can’t out lift genetics… but there needs fat there on an ass but there also should be a rounded glute muscle. And squatting alone isn’t gonna do it. You gotta do hip thrusts as well as some other glute movements.

The Butt is a muscle. If you train A LOT and eat enough protein, it'll grow.

Men don't have that cause most of us don't do nearly as much work on it. Plus, we work out our upper bodies a lot more so it sticks out less. Plus, pelvis/bone structure along with genetic fat storage makes womens butts always at least a big bigger and softer than a man's.

I think it is not impossible to build one with time or at least a bigfer booty than what they initially have can actually be sculpted in the gym. Its not impossible imo.
If dudes can go in the gym and make gainz why can't women?
Because booty is based on where you carry fat and genetics

Probably because the quads and hammies are doing a lot of the work if not all. A lot of peoples glutes are turned "off" because they sit so much, so when people squat their other muscles do the work (hence people developing back issues as well)

Glute activation is key but a lot of people, especially a lot of the ig trainers don't know that because they don't really do the knowledge that a actual trainer goes through.

squats and what not def builds up your glutes , no one is saying she going get 40in bounce off it but it's going be better than what it was
since cross fit been a thing i peeped mad white chicks be carrying turkeys at the gym now. that and my own personal butt growth :dame: is all the proof i need squats do indeed build bigger butts

Right the logic threw me off too. If there are muscles in the glutes, and muscles in your body get big with weight lifting, the same logic applies.
