The shyt is a whole lie. The result is usually just a hard man butt. They get a tight BUTT and thighs. Not soft, booty.

shyt is awful. The reason a legit, naturally occurring fat / round ass is so highly sought after is because it's such a rarity. It cannot be replicated, not by a knife and especially by not squatting into a muscular booty.

One of the GOAT feelings is laying in a girl's lap and she got some thick ass soft thighs. Laying right up there near her crotch area so when you slowly start caressing her thighs, that thang warms up and you get that whiff and it's pretty much on from that point.

2. Proper diet
3. Resistance bands for LIGHT toning. Keep it SUPER light, or you're gonna lose that softness.

Hip Thrusts can build a great butt and also make the hips wider

good volume for glutes, high protein, etc. will make it big.

It'll never be as soft, but it won't be that hard (muscle isn't even that hard when not pumped, anyway).

Lastly... them gym chicks can ride since they are athletic... so there's the benefits :shaq:

My theory on growing a booty is that there are three main muscle groups to the butt. The gluteus maximus which is the largest muscle on the lower body - a muscle that starts at the back of the upper ass and ends at the back of the knee, the gluteus menius (side booty), and the gluteus medius.
Not enough focus generally is on hitting the gluteus medius and menius and other hip joint exercises

That butterfly band she is using and other exercises like hip abduction machine/ exercise she is using seems to provide tension on the gluteus menius aka the side tissue of the ass.

I feel like the barbell back squat, which is good, may not be sufficient by itself.

Also probaly intensity may need to be monitored and maybe super sets for hard gainers in that area.

Also easy to consume liquid calories like whole milk or dairy free milk would be a useful tool to grow at least temporarily for an increase in needed calories for the ass.

Also I would occasionally or periodically m add "junk foods" and fast food to a diet plan, in addition to clean meals.
To a grow a booty, eating too clean all the time could be potentially counter productive imo.
