Yall making it sound like the Nets are a bunch of tomato cans. The Nets have a good team with or without Harden. Just because they're on a bad stretch doesn't mean anything.

Harden still ain't shyt until he shows up in the playoffs without choking.

Why don't we give a shyt about what Giannis is doing this season? Because he doesn't show up in the playoffs. Yall need to get off Hardens nuts. He does this every season then disappears when it matters most

Kevin will always be difficult to reconcile for people

He got beat 3-1
He played horrible down the stretch
He bounced to the team he lost to

He was the best player on the team he dipped to
Had Steph trying to recalibrate in order to find his way on his own team
Basically won his 2 Finals MVPs on the road when the other 2 offensive stars on the team played horrible

Is what it be

KD is obviously an animal he’s just a tad overrated. Top 20 player for sure though.

His impact outside of scoring is marginal compared to other All-Time greats and he is overrated as an on-ball player he is more suited off-ball that’s why GS was perfect for him and so is this Nets team with Harden. In his rookie year in Seattle go watch tape a lot of off-ball work off curls and pin downs. Great scorer in isolation situations today of course but in the clutch playing hero ball he is liable to volume scoring, lose ball TO’s because of his high dribble and long sweeping crossover, and passing TO’s because he gets a bit overambitious on what passes he can throw or throws some weak limp wrist ones. We saw this in OKC, 10 of 30 nights, games with 5, 6 TO’s, playing my turn/your turn ball with Russy. It’s happened at times this season on the Nets with Kyrie.

Harden is more impactful because he’s a scoring machine and a playmaking maestro you gotta really pick your poison with him. He makes others better. He just ain’t shyt when it matters probably the worst big game player ever for a superstar.

“with Kyrie”

when y’all gonna admit that he ain’t all that much of a game changer?

his fancy dribbles got ppl thinking he’s wayyyy better than what he really is

Impact wise he’s Khris Middleton but ppl treat like he’s a force .

:hhh: If Giannis had Kyrie instead of Middleton he wins a ring in 2019

A lot of y’all don’t know the game in which you claim to love :mjlol:. After star players play on superteams it takes them some time to mentally reaclimate to carrying teams. Especially players who don’t play with the ball in there hands for the majority of the time. We saw it with Steph earlier in the season when he was struggling. Got that rhythm back and now look at him.

Players like Bron and Harden, even on superteams, are main ball dominate type facilitators. That’s what they do. Even on superteams they control the action. If they didn’t, the gifts that make them special would be tremendously inhibited. On top of that Harden has just came off playing like 8 years of team carrying basketball. He’s used to this, unlike KD who just came off a catastrophic injury, and before that played 3 years in a system that was based on ball movement and sharing the basketball.

I won't say the Championships are fraudulent but those clips show he never was the MVP for the Warriors
Never

Do the Warriors beat LeBron in 2017 and 2018 with just Steph? Yes or no? The answer is no. End of story. Steph had his chance and lost. Y’all nikkas stay wanting to have it both ways. Y’all say LeBron was facing insurmountable odds one day, then say he wasn’t a major factor on the team the next day. Which is just haterade and bitterness. If he wasn’t a major factor, then what are you complaining for?

We don't know if the Warriors would have made it back to the finals or not. I can't say I'm 100% sure they would have lost to Cleveland or not if they did make it back without KD in 2017 and 2018.

You make it sound like they got swept. It went 7 games and went down to the wire. It could have gone either way if you ask me

For the record, in 2016 before the whole Draymond fiasco, the Dubs vs Cavs played 6 times that season at full strength. The results were 4-2...I'll let you figure out what would have happened if the suspension and injury to Bogut and Iggy never happened in game 5.

Again, the total match up for the season was 4-2 when they played at full strength and they had 3 more games to play. You really believe Cavs were taking 3 straight? :jbhmm:

Dubs fans have no problem admitting Cavs would have won if they were 100% in 2015 why can't yall admit what happened in 2016?
