Injuries and complacency are the absolute only things that can turn this squad into a loser. Everything else is in place.

I didn't expect that last part.
hahaha... back when the schedule was made, the Phillies looked legit. And since parking is a major issue in the late fall, the schedule makers gave us the short end of the stick thinking that the Phillies would be a factor in the postseason. Now they look like ass (granted, they do have the 3rd best record in the NL but still look doo doo mostly).
I will say this though. I was super critical of Aaron Nola early in the season, but got damn, he has pitched his ass off like his last 10+ starts.

Regarding 12 personnel. The eagles have always run 12 personnel since Doug has been the coach. Last year, they ran 12 personnel the 2nd most in the NFL, behind The Colts. They ran it roughly 39% of the plays.
In 2019, I think they may run it 50% of the times and they will also run 11 personnel with Ertz or Goedert lining up outside, thats probably what they were installing today.
Goedert will be on the field WAY more this season, his under usage was criminal and Doug knows it.
