If you click on the information center sticky in HL it leads back to the thread about student loan proposals and about resume building. Otherwise just ask your question in HL and somebody will answer it. The idea of for HL to be the more "safe" and "serious" forum and questions related to education are specifically mentioned in the rules as part of what we'd expect. In a few months I'd expect HL to be populated by many things related to college and careers.
