Supposedly the shower is a popular place to fight in prison cause if someone catch you in there it's a good chance you don't got your knife with you

It's also the only place without any guard surveillance. I was trying to bail out of county once many years ago and this guy was hogging the phone making multiple calls right before it was about to be lights out for the night. I was under a time constraint and knowing how long it takes to get released even after posting bail, I made the executive decision to walk over and hung up the call that he was on. He was in utter shock and handed me the phone. I told him that he knew that I needed to get out due to some personal issues that came up on the outside, and that I was more than willing to take it to the bathroom and throw with him after I did what I needed to do, but he declined. I'm telling you, the silence that fell over the pod when this happened was A couple seconds later I heard a lone voice say, "Maaaan, all these years and I ain't never seen no shyt like that"

Spoiler: epilogue

...I ended up packing out a bunch of hours later in the dead of morning. The jail was in the middle of nowhere and I ended up walking aimlessly for about an hour in the freezing cold before finally reaching an Arco station. It was probably around 3:30am when I got there and stumbled across two shyt talkin drunk brehs getting some gas for their turf van that had venetian blinds to block the windows. I asked what direction they were headed and offered them some money for a ride home. We ended up stopping by some broads house in the pj's first so one of them could get their hair done before I finally ended up getting dopped off at my house around 8 in the morning lol.
