There was really NO reason to ban R=G (even if he was being a dikkhead).

In all honesty, I don't think anyone thinks he should have been banned per se, but I don't think anyone is going to miss him. Besides, his rant in that thread was really over the top. If you don't care, don't enter the thread. If you do enter, and find out you don't care at that point, leave. Especially when a potentially serious issue was being discussed. One he admitted didn't concern him.

Yep. On his own, he was irrelevant, that thread just made a buncha people give him the "" face and relegate him to the bushes.
