Kids are having sex, though. I remember when I was in the 6th grade and I was hearing of kids having sex with eachother. When I was in the 8th, kids were without a doubt humping. Does this do any kind of psychological damage? If you say yes, I ask why?

The reason it would be considered damaging is because of the societal backlash received from having sex at a young age.

If I traveled to the UK I could have sex with a 16 girl legally.

If I traveled to the Netherlands I could bed a 14 year old legally.

In the Netherlands and UK an adult male of 25 or older having sexual liaisons with a teenage girl of 14 or 16 years is still considered socially unacceptable and to mention highly unethical and unpolitical.

The article is speaking of prepubescent children, which are far more psychologically, biologically and mentally/emotionally undeveloped than teenagers are. It causes them far more harm, and these delusional men can't see it. That's the problem. It's a mental and sexual disorder.
