Heard is gonna be much better next year. But I think the TCU game hurt his confidence. Against Cal and OK STATE he was flinging the ball. Right now he seems scared to let it fly.

After having a full offseason and learning the playbook, and knowing he's the man, I expect Heard to be a much improved passer.
