imma ask this in here just cause ya'll might be able to help...is 50-55k enough to live comfortably in the bay area if i have a job is SF?

There are cheap areas in the bay area, but if you're looking to actually live in sf then no. Somewhere like san leandro, hayward, concord, Antioch are cheaper to live if you don't have a problem commuting. Could also look closer to the central valley. 50k is more than enough breh.

San leandro and hayward are like 20 minutes away with no traffic but that's rare. Concord and antioch are a bit further though. But the east bay has a very reliable public transportation system with ac transit and bart, a lot of people use those to get around and to work in the morning.
