You're talking symbolically rich. Im speaking physically rich. We might behead the kings, only to put the same kind of king in power, because we as humans cannot let go of the need to have a leader. Or some representation to lead us. Therefore we will just eventually get right back to the same point because of the fact that power always corrupts, and absolute power corrupting absolutely. Someone with enough resources to have large numbers of people bend to their will. Obviously there are levels to this.

Black men on this forum (and a lot of other places as well) think that a black man who is pro entrepreneurship (and group economics) is trying to put them down or is "hating" on them.

BLACK MEN HAVE LOST OUR SENSE OF COMMUNITY. And honestly until we regain it, the problems we face will plague our sons, grandsons etc for generations to come. Brehs REFUSE to change our current mentality, and get upset with anyone who suggests that we do so.

The black man has become very selfish, and views his black brothers as his competition and even enemy, instead of other races.

Brehs want nonblack acceptance....and do not care about the people who look like his own reflection

If you encourage employing ourselves and other black people, circulating money in the community instead of giving it all to non blacks, practicing group economics, etc most black men will call you a hater, and insist that the status quo i.e. working for white men is better.

Brehs don't realize that in order to make collective progress as black people, it will take black people pooling resources together, investing, etc. We have to work together get things done, because the non blacks you all defend aren't going to do it. If we don't, nothing will change. Most black men stopped caring about black people/communities. We now only care about working for white men and buying trinkets to stunt on the next nikka.

Black economic empowerment IS equality, because how things now are NOT equal. The status quo we have right now is NOT equal.

I WANT my brothers to boss up and be just as propserous as Arabs, cacs, Asians, etc, if not MORE. I WANT money to circulate in our community, instead of us handing it to other races every time we get paid. If that makes me a "hater" to you nikkas, so be it.

This is entirely untrue.The reason why people claim you/others are hating is because primarily you are hating. Look at the rest of this post; it's pretty much just a giant "nikkas ain't shyt" pitch in which they generalize the entire black community to the small subset that uses this forum. These "pro-entrepreneurship" posts are all fairly long so you'd imagine some of them to have some actual business resources no? That would be a false assumption. The ones that do are extraordinarily vague as well ("stop buying jordans and get and get a LLC for reasons I cannot mention")

One very important thing we must do is enforce the extreme importance of education. Even a white person in America without at least a h.s. diploma is fukked, let alone a black person. And truthfully that's not even enough, but I know higher education often brings the issue of $$$. I hear a lot of talk about free schools but we do have free schools - grades 1 - 12, and too many of us are not taking advantage of it.
