lately when I’ve gone to the stadium I usually go from section to section but usually wind up in that center field deck above the bleachers. Unless you’re way down below (or in an empty row) sitting in these stadiums can be a pain the ass with everyone moving around all the damn time.

I legit have been having a better experience at NYCFC matches. Cheaper tix (obviously) and I always choose the first row just to avoid unnecessary movement

not saying in here but a lot of yankees fans i spoke to or even callers to sports talk where scared of the As, not saying we wouldve gotten 106 wins cause we wouldnt have regardless. but look the As wouldnt have even been who we played let alone im not scared of them, they won 4 of 6 in games THEY needed to win. and we always beat them in the offs including just last year. now the Twins, be careful what you wish for cause theyre a good team, even though yeah we always beat them, but still. Id much rather be playing tamps or the As right now. i think this is gonna be 5 games with the yanks taking it. might be an exciting series

Rays woulda been light work because we've seen them so much.

The A's woulda been tough simply because for whatever reason the Yankees can't win in Oakland anymore. The A's losing sucked because they had played Houston as well as anyone in the 2nd half. Tampa has pitching that can match up reasonably well but they try too much funny shyt to win against Houston. Tampa will fukk around and have all their hitters show up to spring training with the pitchers so everyone on the team can get a batter out.

They had to go with Tanaka in Game 2 since he's pitched way better at home.

and I actually like the idea of Severino on the road. He'll be at the stadium on time, he'll be in his routine, and on the road he won't be so worked up. Had German not gotten suspended, he woulda been a lock to get a home start.

If Paxton does well in game 1, then Tanaka starting will make every Yankee fan calmer. If Paxton doesn't, then at least we have faith Tanaka can salvage a split.

Long story short, if Paxton makes it out of the first inning without the Twins scoring a run, he's good money.

They had to go with Tanaka in Game 2 since he's pitched way better at home.

It sucks that we have so much uncertainty in Our rotation back to back years . we really need to invest in pitching This year pay cole whatever he wants . So we can at least have a Topline of him Paxton and Tanaka with happ/ Montgomery etc
