And? Democracy and freedom does not mean everything will be all right, democracy and freedom means you get to wake up in the morning and have an opportunity to make your country better
Obama has done his part in correcting problems in the justice system, and in the future we can correct them even more by exercising our right to speech and by voting, that is the difference between the us and ghadaffi's Libya, every day the us has the capacity to change and get better and now Libya does too

part of the problem in libya is that for 40 years the libyan people were taught to be dependent on one man, and so there is some chaos and growing pains as people start to flex their freedom, but that is just part of the process
and instead of asking what obama has done for chicago the question should be what are WE going to do about chicago and what I as a citizen am going to do about it instead of looking for some hero, that being said i do think obama should get more involved in chicago and in crime issues, but fundamentally the citizens of chicago have to get involved and us as black people have to get involved too

ghadaffi's crimes have been thoroughly documented, your problem is that you are looking for a daddy figure instead of focusing on the power of the individual
even if he was a benevolent dictator just the notion that a lybian individual's entire life would be dominated by one man is repugnant to the concept of individual liberty

gadafi was a threat to the current financial system. during a war the banks end up being the biggest winners. should gadafi's plan have gone ahead it would've been a problem to the rothschild way of doing things. (you can read more about them jew bags here)
